About the project

Menswear online and in stores.

Recman is a Polish menswear brand developing both online sales and a network of physical stores. Buying a suit requires matching several pieces, often in different sizes, and customers may combine browsing online with a visit to a store. We were responsible for migrating the shop from Magento 1 to Magento 2, implementing the Hyvä frontend and integrating systems that support sales. We also developed outfit building so customers could choose additional pieces of clothing from a single product page.

  • Cross-channel service

In-store collection and returns that complement online shopping.

  • Collections and occasions

Selected solutions

Outfits, availability and customer history.

Different sizes in one outfit

A jacket size does not determine the size of trousers or other pieces of clothing. The “Buy a set” module lets customers move from the product they are viewing to related outfit pieces and select the parameters of each. For trousers, this may include both height and waist measurements. Customers build an outfit within the product page without finding each item separately in the catalogue. The store automatically applies a bundle discount and supports automatically selected product recommendations.

Availability across the store network

The online store forms part of Recman’s broader sales model. Back-office integration and in-store availability information support customers who want to see or try on a product in person. An important part of the implementation was linking size variants to availability information and service workflows in both channels.

Migration that preserves customer relationship history

The migration also included loyalty programme data. Preserving it ensured that switching platforms did not mean starting relationships with existing customers from scratch. We also connected the new store to marketing communication tools.

Results

An online store connected to physical locations.

Recman received a Magento 2 store with a Hyvä frontend, ERP integration and features connecting e-commerce to its physical store network. Customers can combine outfit pieces in different sizes, use a bundle discount and check in-store availability. The migration also included loyalty programme history.
