It is worth ensuring that this process does not cause confusion among buyers. It should be minimized to requiring only the essential information in the address form. Delivery methods, along with their costs and processing times, should also be presented in a clear and readable way.

Lack of sufficient payment methods can also lead to an unfinalized purchase. Some payment methods are better suited for mobile shopping while others are not, and clients often choose the methods they find more convenient or are familiar with. Limiting payment methods to only one or two can increase abandoned carts by up to 6%.
